Tomato Cart is a new open source shopping cart based on OSCommerce. It tries to offer a much better user experience, as well as a better admin back end. TomatoCart supports sales of both physicals and virtual goods ( for example E-books and other downloads), and they are arranged in terms of quantity, images, description, attribute and variant.

We all know and love Firefox. If you use Firefox, especially for web design/developement, you know that there are some very nice Firefox plugins to help you with your productivity. Most of you will know Firebug, mentioned in an earlier post on this blog. Firebug is perfect if you want quick access to the code in any page. You can target any element to see the markup, the CSS, the layout, and the DOM in an instant. Firebug is much loved by many designers. But Firebug isn’t the only tool that Firefox has up it’s sleeve. There are several more that most people don’t even know about.
jQuery is a javascript framework that has taken the net by storm. This is – for myself – probably one of the most exciting things to come out in a while. Below is a RefCard for jQuery that you can download. My apologies to Chris for only putting this up now.
